Friday, October 5th, 2007

Actor DANIEL RADCLIFFE has already planned for the disposal of his ashes upon his death - he wants his charred remains to be fired from a cannon.
The Harry Potter star, 18, wants to be cremated so he can copy a stunt he has previously seen on the small screen.
He says, “I’d like my ashes to be fired out of a cannon with ‘Let him R.I.P.’ on the urn. I saw it on TV once - brilliant!”

Radcliffe Confused With Elijah Wood

Friday, October 5th, 2007

HARRY POTTER star DANIEL RADCLIFFE is frequently mistaken for ELIJAH WOOD - and often signs autographs for the latter’s fans thanking them for their attention.
The 18-year-old actor admits he isn’t bitter about the confusion, just grateful that people can spot his star presence.
He says, “I was in Japan and someone held out a photo of him (Wood) for me to sign.
“I couldn’t say it in Japanese, so I wrote, ‘I’m not Elijah Wood but thanks anyway, Daniel Radcliffe’.
“If I was a bit more puerile I would have written, ‘The Lord of the Rings is rubbish’.”

RADCLIFFE SAYS ‘NO’ TO BOND

Monday, October 1st, 2007

HARRY POTTER star DANIEL RADCLIFFE will never take the role of JAMES BOND - because he’s too short .
The 18-year-old actor, who is set to strip on Broadway next year (08) in his award-winning play Equus, insists he wouldn’t follow up the role of Harry Potter with another iconic movie character.
He says, “It takes a big man to turn Bond down. But no, to be honest, I don’t think I’d want to play him. I think it’d be weird to be involved in another big franchise movie.
“Besides, I don’t think the world is ready for a short-arsed Bond.”
