As Dumbledore might have said to Harry Potter, pay attention, this is complicated. Potter film star Daniel Radcliffe, 18, wowed his wizard fans this year by appearing naked as disturbed teenager Alan Strang in Peter Shaffer’s Equus in the West End.

During the production he started a romance with Laura O’Toole, 22, the stand-in for the actress playing Jill, the stable girl who seduces Strang in the play’s pivotal nude love scene.

The ‘Harry Potter’ actor - who is set to play a World War I soldier in ITV drama ‘My Boy Jack’ - confessed the blonde supermodel is his ideal woman. When asked which celebrity he would like to kiss, Daniel replied, “Sophie Dahl.” The 18-year-old star was delighted to discover Sophie’s boyfriend, musician Jamie Callum, is short like him. Harry Potter creator JK Rowling was so impressed by Daniel Radcliffe’s nude scenes in a London production she has asked him to strip off for the next installment of the boy wizard franchise.
The actor will not only be stripping for theatre audiences in New York after stage production Equus moves from the West End stage in London to Broadway, but on the big screen too.
Radcliffe says: “When Jo came to see me in Equus she popped backstage afterwards and told me: ‘In the next film, Harry’s going to be naked all of the time!’”

An onlooker said, “They were definitely together, but as soon as they saw the cameras, Daniel and the girl tried to look as distant from each other as possible. “Both stuck their hands in their pockets and tried to look cool and collected.”
