The ‘Harry Potter’ star’s luxury new apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 13 story block in Manhattan’s exclusive SoHo district. Radcliffe plans to rent the property out for $20,000 per month until he moves in just before the Broadway run of Peter Schaffer’s hit play ‘Equus’ - in which Radcliffe strips off nude -starts in September 2008. Designed by architect Jean Nouvel, the two-bedroom property, which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple bathrooms, is one of the “sexiest new developments” in the area, according to the actor’s letting agent Chris Pomeroy.

HARRY POTTER star DANIEL RADCLIFFE has spent $ 4 million (GBP2 million) on a plush New York apartment - in a bid to kick-start his property portfolio.
The 18-year-old actor purchased the spacious fifth floor property in a block designed by architect Jean Nouvel, according to reports.
But Radcliffe has no plans to move in - he will be renting out the two-bedroom apartment for $20,000 (GBP10,000) a month.

TAKE THAT star GARY BARLOW and JUDE LAW are the celebrities with the best hair, according to a new poll by men’s cosmetics giants Brylcreem.
The two stars have topped the Best Music Personality Hairstyles and Best Film Personality Hairstyles lists respectively in the company’s end-of-year (07) honours.
Top stylist Louis Byrne, who was named Brylcreem’s Hairdresser Of The Year, says Barlow was an easy choice for judges because he “sports a classic groomed look - impressive yet effortless”.
Barlow beat British singer James Morrison on the pop list, while the pop star’s former bandmate Robbie Williams came in fourth on the Worst Music Personality Hairstyles of 2007 countdown, which was topped by Pete Doherty.
Jude Law beat fellow Brit Orlando Bloom to the top of the movie stars’ list, while Rhys Ifans, the new love of Law’s ex Sienna Miller, beat Daniel Radcliffe on the Worst Haircuts At The Movies list.

The actor, who only turned 18-years-old in July, has already put the property on the rental market, at a cool $20,000-USD-a-month.
The 1,843 sq ft fifth-floor apartment is in a 13-storey, glass-walled condominium building in trendy SoHo, designed by architect Jean Nouvel. It has been dubbed the “sexiest new development” in the area. It has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows.
