‘Harry Potter’ Star Daniel Radcliffe Reveals He Suffers From Neurological Condition

“Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe has revealed he suffers from dyspraxia, a neurologically based disorder that gives the 19-year-old trouble tying his shoelaces.
Radcliffe admitted to having the condition in an interview to mark his Broadway debut in the play “Equus,” saying, “I sometimes think, ‘Why, oh why, has Velcro not taken off?’”

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has blasted prudish fans who refuse to see his nude scene in the play ‘Equus’ and brand the production “pornography”.
The teen actor was required to disrobe on stage when he starred in the dramatic play Equus in London’s West End last year (07) - a role he’ll soon reprise on Broadway.
And the star is shocked by the reaction of older female fans, insisting his nude scene is no big deal.

Daniel Radcliffe claims his success is just “dumb luck”

English actor Daniel Radcliffe, 19, has claimed that the success he has so far achieved can be credited to “dumb luck”.
The ‘Harry Potter’ star had shot to fame at the age of 11 after winning the role in the movie versions of J.K. Rowling’’s children’’s books, but he insists that his success is down to a combination of good fortune and hard work.

Head of dyspraxia group says it helps that Radcliffe has spoken of condition

TORONTO - When “Harry Potter” star Daniel Radcliffe spoke publicly about having dyspraxia recently, it was the first time many people had ever heard of the condition.

The diagnostic term used by the medical community is Developmental Co-ordination Disorder, and it encompasses a range of motor difficulties that can interfere with the activities of daily life.

Radcliffe’s spokesman has been quoted saying the star of the phenomenally successful Potter films has a very mild condition that, at its worst, means he has bad handwriting and trouble with tying shoelaces.
